Services Provided

MiraclePros provides professional handyman services including but not limited to:

  • TV mounting and installation
  • Furniture assembly
  • Smart home device installation
  • Picture hanging and wall mounting
  • General handyman repairs and installations

All services are performed by licensed, insured, and background-checked professionals.

Booking and Scheduling

Service requests must be submitted through our website or by phone. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm details and schedule your service. Appointments are subject to availability and technician assignment is at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Pricing and Payment

  • Free Quotes: All estimates are provided free of charge
  • Final Pricing: Prices are based on project scope and complexity
  • Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of work
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments
  • No Refunds: Payments are final once work is completed satisfactorily

Our 60-Day Warranty

All work performed by MiraclePros is covered by our 60-day warranty:

  • We will fix any issues resulting from our workmanship at no additional charge
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by others
  • Customer must notify us within 60 days of service completion
  • Warranty is non-transferable

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel up to 4 hours before scheduled appointment without penalty
  • Cancellations within 4 hours of appointment may incur a cancellation fee
  • No-shows may be charged a service call fee
  • We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to emergency, weather, or other circumstances

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the service location and requirements
  • Ensuring safe access to the work area
  • Securing pets during service
  • Providing necessary materials if previously agreed upon
  • Being present or designating a representative during service
  • Clearing the work area of personal belongings and valuables

Limitation of Liability

MiraclePros carries comprehensive liability insurance. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects
  • Damage resulting from customer-provided materials or instructions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damages exceeding the cost of the service provided

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Property Damage

We take every precaution to protect your property. In the event of damage caused by our technicians:

  • Customer must report damage within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will assess the damage and work with you to resolve the issue
  • Repairs or compensation will be provided as appropriate
  • Claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently:

  • Contact us first to discuss any issues or concerns
  • We will make a good faith effort to resolve the matter directly
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Texas
  • You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
